Vortex flow meter: suitable for flow measurement of medium to high viscosity liquids, with high accuracy and good stability. Its working principle is to set up a vortex generator in the fluid, generating regular vortices alternately from both sides of the vortex generator, and determining the flow rate by measuring the frequency of the vortices.
Electromagnetic flow meter: suitable for measuring the flow of conductive liquids and gases, with high accuracy and strong reliability. Its measurement principle is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, which utilizes the characteristics of fluid conductivity to measure fluid flow rate.
Mass flow meter: suitable for measuring the mass flow rate of gases, liquids and other media, with high accuracy and good stability. Among them, the Coriolis force mass flowmeter is very suitable for gas and liquid force measurement, but it is not suitable for steam flow measurement.
Differential pressure flowmeter: In today's chemical industry, it belongs to a type and a large number of flow meters. According to the different forms of its throttling devices, it can be divided into several different types of flow meters, such as wedge flow meters, balance flow meters, flow nozzles, Venturi tubes, and orifice plates. These flow meters all have the same measurement principle, but in specific applications, the reasonable selection of flow meter types needs to be based on actual operating conditions.
Rotary flow meter, also known as float flow meter, is one of the universal flow meters, mainly used for measuring medium and small caliber flow in areas with relatively low requirements.
