Today, a customer requested a single-stage, single-block centrifugal pump set suitable for dry, horizontal installation. He provided the following information:
A cantilevered surface centrifugal pump set suitable for dry, horizontal installation,
used to transport domestic sewage containing long fiber inclusions, abrasive particles up to 5 mm in diameter, and other impurities.
Main Specifications: Operating flow rate at least 80 m³/h;
Operating head at least 35 m;
Operating pump efficiency at least 65%;
Operating shaft power P2 not exceeding 20 kW;
Operating pump unit energy consumption not exceeding 0.3 kWh/m³.
Operating Range Parameters: Flow rate 50 ~ 105 m³/h,
Head 32 ~ 40 m.
The operating point should be located at the center of the diagram.
Motor Specifications: Industrial frequency 50 Hz;
Rated voltage 3-380 V;
Rated power not exceeding 22 kW.
Protection rating not lower than IP 54; Insulation class not lower than F.
Connecting cable - detachable.
Assembled unit includes: pump, motor, base, coupling, and protective cover.
The pump and motor must be mounted on the same base and connected via a flexible coupling.
The unit is equipped with an AC frequency converter of appropriate power.
The spare parts package must include one set of shaft seals and one set of housing gaskets.
