Add a coating to enhance corrosion resistance. The customer's media are the following two types; what is the recommended solution from the factory's perspective?
Solution 1 (A): An aqueous solution of melamine-urea-formaldehyde condensation product.
pH: 9.5±3;
Density: 1.25-1.35 kg/L;
Viscosity: 2000-10000 mPa·s
Solution 2 (B): A mixture with an aqueous formic acid solution.
pH value: 1-2; Density: 1.05-10 kg/L; Viscosity: 1500-6000 mPa·s
The customer selected the following models: 2.4CC, 3.6CC, 6CC, 12CC, 9Cr18 material.
After receiving the inquiry, our technicians replied that our gear metering pumps can fully meet his needs, and informed him that:
pH value: 9.5±3; 9Cr18 can be used;
pH value: 1-2, Stellite material is used.
