1. The selection of installation site shall prevent electromagnetic interference.The installation parts of sensors and intelligent transmitters and their cable paving should be as far as possible to avoid machines and equipment that easily cause strong magnetic field, such as high-power motors, electrical transformers, frequency conversion machines and equipment.

2. The mass flow sensor shall be installed with the sensor inflow mark consistent with the hydrodynamic inflow.The arrow symbol is biased to be consistent with the total flow direction of the internal configuration of the intelligent transmitter.(note: mass flow meters can be used in both applications.If install azimuth and specific inflow opposite, change the inflow configuration inside transmitter ok.

In daily maintenance, it is also recommended to ensure that the sensor can be in full tube when not working.The flow control shall be carried out by the regulating valves in the middle and lower reaches of the flow meter.

7. Location of sensor installation

Make sure the material being measured fills the sensor thoroughly.For liquids or gas collection.For vapor or effusion, for thick, stains, high condensation point of the material to be easy to exhaust (according to the need, can also be modified on both sides of the bottom point valve).

8. For newly installed pipes or pipes that have not been used for a long time but have been opened soon, prior to the installation of mass flow meter, all pipes must be purged (especially upstream and downstream pipes) to ensure that there is no residual welding penetration or dirt in the pipes.
