Type with heat tracing level gauge，With heat tracing liquid level meter model, steam tracing magnetic flip plate liquid level meter adopts the principle of communicator, connected to the container through the gas phase and liquid phase link flange.According to the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling, the magnetic float in the measuring cylinder (i.e., the communicator) drives the two-color magnetic flip plate on the external display of the measuring cylinder to flip as the measured liquid level increases (decreases).When the liquid level rises, the magnetic float drives the inverted column to rotate 180°, showing red or green.When the liquid level drops, the magnetic float drives the inverted column to rotate 180° reversely, showing white.The height of the red band (or green band) is the height of the liquid level to be measured, which realizes the purpose of measuring and displaying the position of the liquid level to be measured.

Each magnetic flip plate has a bi-color axial symmetry structure, and the spacing between the two magnetic flip plates is 10mm. White and red (green) are respectively used to indicate the gas phase and liquid phase, and the junction between red (or green) and white is the boundary between the liquid phase and the gas phase.The liquid level gauge can measure both liquid level and interface of two different density media.
