2. The tested liquid medium should be relatively clean.Generally speaking, the liquid flowmeter cannot be interfered by a large number of impurities or sundry when measuring, especially the ultrasonic flowmeter, if it encounters a large piece of impurities, it will affect the sound wave transmission, thus affecting the measurement.Electromagnetic flowmeters can also be blocked by large chunks of dirt, which can interfere with measurements.If the turbine flowmeter encounters large debris, it will not only affect the measurement accuracy, but also damage the instrument.Therefore, it is better to install a filter upstream.

3. The medium using electromagnetic flowmeter must be conductive, and the medium using ultrasonic flowmeter must be able to conduct sound. It is recommended to choose turbine flowmeter for medium measurement of small flow.

4. Requirements of using environment.Generally speaking, the liquid flowmeter in the measurement of the need to avoid strong magnetic field and other interference sources, to try to stay away from the pump, valve, elbow and other special pipe section area.

5. Requirements for straight pipe section.The liquid flowmeter shall be installed at least 10 times the upstream pipe diameter and 5 times the downstream pipe diameter.
