Today, we received a consultation from a customer on how to choose a thermal oil circulation pump. He provided the following information:

 

Medium: thermal oil (particle-free),

Viscosity oily, low viscosity

Temperature 300

120L per hour, i.e. 2000 ml/min

Insulation required

Pump pressure: outlet is about 0.3mpa, inlet is about 0.2mpa

Equipped with explosion-proof motor

 

After analysis by our technicians, we finally recommended our 30CC gear metering pump, made of hot melt adhesive. Use insulation jacket
for high temperature and electric heating for low temperature.
