60ml/min
plunger pump for pumping water
Today we recommended one of our plunger pumps to a customer
The customer wants to buy a pump. The medium is clean water, the flow rate is 60ml/min, and the water is pumped into a 2-liter tank. The pressure is the water pressure in the tank.
60mL per minute uses an 8mm rod plunger pump, but clean water may be used for a long time. Calcium and magnesium ions in the water may be adsorbed on the ceramic rod and cause the pump to jam. It needs to be cleaned
regularly with citric acid solution.
Finally chose our stainless steel 8mm rod plunger pump
Let me introduce you to the plunger pump
The plunger pump is a hydraulic component, mainly composed of a cylinder, a piston and a plunger, which relies on the pressure energy of the liquid to transmit mechanical energy. It uses the reciprocating motion of the plunger in
the cylinder to change the volume of the sealed working chamber, thereby realizing the functions of oil suction and oil pressure.
There are many classifications of piston pumps, including single piston pumps, horizontal piston pumps, axial piston pumps and radial piston pumps. Each type of plunger pump has its specific structure and working principle.
For example, a single plunger pump drives the plunger to reciprocate up and down through the rotation of the eccentric wheel to achieve oil suction and oil discharge; a horizontal plunger pump drives multiple plungers to
reciprocate in parallel through the crankshaft and connecting rod slider or eccentric shaft to achieve Suction and discharge of liquids.
Piston pumps have many advantages, such as high rated pressure, compact structure, high efficiency and convenient flow adjustment. Therefore, it is widely used in situations where high pressure, large flow and flow need to
be adjusted, such as hydraulic presses, engineering machinery and ships.
However, it should be noted that the calcium and magnesium ions in the clean water may be adsorbed on the plunger, especially when used for a long time, which may cause the plunger pump to jam. In order to solve this problem,
the pump needs to be cleaned regularly using an appropriate cleaning agent (such as citric acid solution) to ensure its normal operation.
Overall, the plunger pump is an efficient and reliable hydraulic component with a wide range of performance and applications. When selecting and using a plunger pump, it is necessary to make a reasonable selection based on the
specific working environment and needs, and perform regular maintenance to ensure its long-term stable operation.
