Today, we received a consultation from a customer who needed an air flow meter but didn't know how to choose one. He provided the following technical requirements:

 

1) Working medium: normal temperature air;

 

2) Diameter: DN80;

 

3) Measuring range: 250Nm3/h~6000Nm3/h;

 

4) Working pressure: ~3.5MPa;

 

5) Material: 316L;

 

6) Structural accessories: with butt-jointed flanges, gaskets and fasteners;

 

7) Electronic control accessories: local display, remote transmitter, electronic control accessories, cables, etc.;

 

The customer doesn't know whether to choose a turbine or a vortex street? Or other types of flow meters are suitable, and it is difficult to modify the on-site pipeline.

 

After we converted it to 8-166m³/h, it is recommended to use a DN50/65 caliber gas turbine flow meter, and the customer can match a conversion head by himself.
