1. Working condition analysis:

Medium: water (with trace elements in it)

Viscosity: Similar to water

Flow: 5-150ml/min 25-1000ml/min 50-10000ml/min

Temperature and pressure: normal temperature and normal pressure

Power source: pump

Detection method: instantaneous flow monitoring

Display: There is a PLC on site

 

Recommended model: 5-150ml/min: M2SS 25-1000ml/min: M6SS

50-10000ml/min: M12SS+M5SS

 

Specific working conditions: spray system for trace elements in printing and dyeing, paper and wood. For example: spray a layer of leveling agent on the fabric to make the fabric more evenly dyed.
For closed-loop control, set 50ml/min per minute, it will be stable all the time. I used American omega and German Baode before, and the price is 3000-4000.
Now I want to replace it because the previous price is high, the delivery time is long, and the range is not wide enough.
