Today, we received an inquiry from a customer who needs to purchase a differential pressure transmitter.
He provided the following information:

Output 4-20MA + HART

Power supply rating: 24VDC

Size/connection: 1/2" FNPT with adapter

Explosion-proof level: E EXD IIC, E EXIA

IP identification: IP66, 67

2-wire loop power supply

Electrical connection: 1/2" NPTF

Body/flange material: CU-AI/316SS

Diaphragm/wetted parts: HASTALOY C/316SS

Filling fluid material: Silicone

Technician reply:

 

1. It can meet the explosion-proof level, but the certificate cannot be provided,

 

2. The filling medium is silicone oil,

 

3. The range ratio is 100:1,

 

4. Stability 0.25%,

 

5. Accuracy 0.075%,

 

6. Ask the customer what it means that the local display must be configurable in engineering units. The display unit of the product itself can be adjusted,

 

7. There are three ranges, let the customer confirm which one to choose

 

8. The protection level is IP65

 

There is no problem with the other parameters. After confirming the above with the customer, if the customer thinks it is okay, CX-PT-3051A-4/H-D-40Mpa can be used, and it can also be equipped with 316 five-group valve.
