Analog output voltage measured by CFG500-11 full scale vacuum gauge
1000 mbar is U = + 6.0 V DC.
Then vacuum pressure P = (6.0/10) X 1000 mbar = 600.0 mbar.
Control Switch Setting
The CFG500 has two independently configurable control point switches. It uses a solid state thyristor
status relay contacts with contact capacity 60V DC 500mA. Checkpoints can be set
using the key inputs at the top of the scale. The checkpoint is usually open. Switch point activation is defined as
state in which the relay is turned on. When the vacuum pressure is below this set value, it
displays "ON". When the vacuum pressure rises to 110% of the set value, the output signal is "OFF".
In addition, according to user requirements, when the pressure is higher than the set value
start switch or below the specified start switch, Yizhun Electronic Technology provides
host computer application software interface allowing users to select settings according to
requirements.
Key operation

How to use CFG500
CFG500 is used as an independent tool.
A regular AC\+24VDC1.0A adapter supplies power to the electrical interface DBSub-15 Pin7 or Pin11 (+24VDC), Pin5 (GND). CFG500 can be used as a portable
vacuum gauge with independent display.
