1. During installation, there must be straight pipe sections at the front, back and right sides. For on-site installation, the minimum requirement is that the front straight pipe section should not be less than 10D and the back straight pipe section should not be less than 5D, so as to ensure sufficient development of flow pattern of fluid entering the accurately measured pipe.

2. During installation, avoid lifting too much ground stress on the processing pipeline, especially on the ultra-high pressure pipeline, if it is impossible to prevent the elbow from being installed to release the ground stress.

3. The connection between the controller of the separated electromagnetic flowmeter and the converter must be shielded by the required cable, and cannot be replaced by other cables.And the signal cable must be worn independently in the grounding protection steel tube, and be strictly separated from other power sources.In addition, the fewer signal cables and excitation cables, the higher.

4. Install globe valves or bypass pipes before and after the dashboard to facilitate timely maintenance, installation and disassembly of the dashboard.

5. Avoid the site of strong vibration natural environment and strong corrosion vapor as far as possible to avoid the destruction of insulation layer between the electrical level and the pipeline.
